The front side on the Pizza Peel is tapered on the edge to easily transfer food to and from the oven. Engraving is on the back so that food won’t get in the engraving and can be easily cleaned.

We can’t say enough about how great bamboo is! Bamboo is not only attractive, but quite functional in the kitchen. Bamboo absorbs very little moisture and consequently does not shrink or swell making it a superior choice of material for cutting boards. It is even harder than maple which means the cutting board will have less visible knife marks over time and it is lighter than oak making it easier to handle. Bamboo also has anti-bacterial properties that make it an ideal material for cutting boards.
